I ordered the pool light niche repair ring from Pools n Spas because it was at a good price. It arrived in a few days in a box that was 10" x 10" x 2 1/2" and weighed 2 lbs. When I was checking out the freight was $14+ then on top of that a $4.99 handling charge. Surely for an item this small and light there can be a cheaper way to ship. I had rather see a higher initial price and reasonable shipping. My shipping and handling fees were over half the price of the product. Sure, even with the high shipping/handling, your product was cheaper than competitors, but not by much. And yes, no one was forcing me to complete the transaction with you, but the shipping/handling fees were revealed late in the process and I had so much time invested in the process, I went ahead and completed the buy, buy I won't be doing it again. Sorry, I just don't like bad surprises at the end of a sale.
