This is used on the Jacuzzi® Earthworks DE filter. "8-5540-003" is molded into the plastic. There are also numbers molded into the plastic indicating what width filter grid fits into a particular hole. The grid widths used are 7-1/2", 8", 10" The widths are the same on the different models, but the length will change by model.
